How the planner maker works

  1. Pick a starting point. Project planner, weekly planner, habit tracker, meal planner and more load as editable blocks, or start from a blank page.
  2. Change the numbers. Every block carries its own counts: boxes, rows, columns, lines, hours. Type a new number and the preview redraws.
  3. Add, remove and reorder. Add blocks from the palette, move them up and down, duplicate one you have set up, or drop a block to half width to sit two side by side.
  4. Set the page. Title, subtitle, US Letter or A4, and an accent colour for headings and table headers.
  5. Download the PDF and print it. Your layout stays in your browser for next time.

Can I choose how many checklist boxes or rows I get?

Yes, that is the point of it. Ten checklist boxes with three rows each, twenty-four to-do lines, a fifteen-hour day schedule, a thirty-one column tracker grid. Set the number and the preview updates.

What can I put on a page?

Does my planner get saved?

Your layout is kept in your browser's local storage, so it is still there when you come back. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and the PDF is generated locally.

Can I start from an existing template?

Yes. Choose a starting point and its blocks load ready to edit. Many template pages also link straight into the maker with their layout already loaded.

Does it print on A4 as well as US Letter?

Yes, pick the paper size before downloading and the page is laid out for it.
